Finally Not accepted

It was my misfortune that I couldn't get ITEC Colombo Plan, a training on Computer Network in Bangalore, India. The ministry of External Affairs, India didn't accept my application. It also didn't explain the reason behind rejection, so I don't know why they reject it. If you have hoped getting anything much more and you don't get that, you feel very bad luck and misfortune yourself. Same happens to me. I am hoping that something better is waiting there for me. As I am a man with positive thinking, I always hope for better thing in coming days. We (me and my friend Sandeep) had made planned to go together for India training. We planned to prepare GRE exam during that time. But all plan went in to vain and finally we have to be separate. As I have to stay here and he is going for that training, We couldn't prepare together. Now, I am thinking of preparing GRE myself here at Kathmandu at any cost. I have already quit my all morning lecturer class at different college. Now I will be focused in GRE as a whole not as a part timer. Lets hope for better thing in coming days.

I am made in complusion to do GRE as no university in USA, Australia and others are not accepting my PhD application with out GRE, eventhough I have scored very good grade in my master's and Bachelors level. I can't perform very good in TOEFL exam and got only avarage score. So now I don't have any alternative than to appear in GRE exam. If I could get PhD admission at any institution, it will be my good fortune. It will give some fortune as I will got some stipend as salary.

This much for Today. See you there as a PhD student if Luck favors me. Good bye to India and Indian Mission to Nepal, specially Mr. Sharma, employee of Indian embassy at Nepal.

The writing is good. Your ideas are clear. Everybody can understand your saying. I must, however, say that there are few coherence errors. I noticed the followings:
"If you have hoped getting anything much more and you don't get that, you feel very bad luck and misfortune yourself."
I would write:
If you have hopes of getting something much better and you fail at it, you feel bad, out of luck and unfortunate for yourself.
